Description
The EAFIT advisers have developed a special pack for all athletes who want to start mass gain and change their body type.
A combination of 4 essential products to accompany diet and training sessions:
- Whey Gainer Vanilla Flavor: Specifically formulated to be the perfect answer to all people looking to gain muscle mass thanks to the proteins that contribute to the increase in muscle mass. Its formula has a perfectly balanced protein / carbohydrate ratio. The WHEY GAINER formula also contains whey peptides, derived from low molecular weight whey protein hydrolysates.
- BCAA 4.1.1: Also called BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid), valine, leucine and isoleucine are the 3 so-called “branched chain” amino acids, which are predominant in muscle tissue. These amino acids are said to be essential, because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be provided by food or nutritional supplements. The 4: 1: 1 ratio is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism during training. BCAAs are one of the 8 essential amino acids and constitute 35% of essential amino acids in muscle.
- Amino Max Pro: Developed in the laboratory by specialists in sports nutrition, Amino Max Pro is an EAFIT specialty intended to promote muscle mass gain by strengthening daily protein intake. Amino Max Pro combines vitamin B6 which promotes normal energy metabolism, vitamin E, zinc and selenium which help protect cells against oxidative stress. It contains 3 different protein sources: casein, whey protein concentrate (whey protein) and egg white which contribute to the increase of muscle mass.

Whey Gainer

BCAA 4.1.1
6 capsules per day, preferably 3 capsules 1h30 before training or the test and 3 capsules 1h30 after training with a large glass of water, or according to the recommendations of a professional trainer. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be renewed at least 20 days apart. Box of 120 capsules.

Amino Max Pro
Take between meals 3 to 5 tablets with a large glass of water, twice a day, or more as needed. It is recommended per day an average protein intake (meal included) of 1.5 g per kg of body weight which can reach 2 g in case of intense muscular strain. Box of 375 tablets.
