- Vitamin C : increases the absorption of iron and helps reduce fatigue.
- Vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12) associated with magnesium : help reduce fatigue and maintain a normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamins A and D3 as well as zinc: contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- The vitamin E , copper and selenium complex: helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
