Take 1 * PROTIDYNE snack per day (midday or evening) with unlimited vegetables and fruit.
PROTIDYNE can also be used as a snack, replacing the usual snack.
1 ration = 1.5 pods = 32 g of powder
How to prepare your ration of Protidyne?
- Take an empty shaker bottle
- Pour 150 ml (for a creamy dessert texture) to 250 ml (for a milkshake texture) of water or milk
- Add 1.5 Protidyne pods of the flavor of your choice
- Put the mixing ball in the shaker or the grid on the shaker
- Don't forget to close tightly (if you don't want to repaint the kitchen or the gym)!
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Taste and do yourself good!
Precautions for use: Preparation rich in proteins (chocolate or vanilla flavor) with sweeteners. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women. (Caffeine: 19.2 mg / 32 g). Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders. Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is advisable to consume this product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. It is important to consume PROTIDYNE snacks while preserving a sufficient supply of liquid (1.5l / day). Best before the date indicated on the packaging.
