Its unique formula is a combination of 3 plants:
- Valerian extract promotes a relaxing action to facilitate falling asleep and finding a revival in shape. It helps to limit nervous states and restore calm and restful sleep.
- Hop extract titrated in 8-Prenylnaringenin, derived from the polyphenols of Lifenol®, helps fight against the signs of menopause, such as flush of heat, night sweats and irritability.
- Sesame extract titled Sesamine completes the formula for optimal effectiveness.
