The EAFIT advisers have developed a special pack for all runners, cyclist, swimmers, all three at the same time for their training in long format.
A combination of 2 products that will support your water and energy expenses, especially on long and exhausting outings:
- Drink + 3H : Contributes to energy metabolism thanks to vitamins B1, B2 and B6. In addition, thanks to its carbohydrate and electrolyte content, it helps maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increases water absorption during physical exercise. By its content of vitamins the Energy Drink + 3h contributes:
- For the proper functioning of the immune system (vitamin B6)
- Energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B2, B6)
- Protects cells against oxidative stress (vitamin B2)
- Finisher pods : Diet products for the effort of carbohydrate intake

How to use this product?
Drink + 3h
Pour 1.5 scoops in 750ml of water or 1 scoop in 500ml of water. Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume as regularly as possible during exercise, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes. Net weight: 500g.
Precautions for use:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is advisable to consume this product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Close well after opening. Store away from heat and humidity. Keep out of the reach of young children. Preparation for exercise drink in powder form. The product is intended, taking into account a normal diet, to meet the needs of an immediate muscular effort carried out in particular during a competition or under special environmental conditions. Consume preferably before the date indicated under the jar.
Finisher pods
During intense effort, training or competition, take 1 tube per hour. 1 to 2 tubes per day. 10 pods of 25g. Net weight: 250g

Possible traces of: cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, soya, nuts, celery, sulphites.
