- BCAA 4.1.1: Also called BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid), valine, leucine and isoleucine are the 3 so-called “branched chain” amino acids, which are predominant in muscle tissue. These amino acids are said to be essential, because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be provided by food or nutritional supplements. The 4: 1: 1 ratio is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism during training. BCAAs are one of the 8 essential amino acids and constitute 35% of essential amino acids in muscle.

Pure Isolate Premium
