Creatine is known to improve physical capacities during successive series of very intense short-term exercises at a dose of 3g per day.
Naturally produced by the body, it is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell's energy source, during explosive and intense efforts.
However, during these short periods, the body does not have time to regenerate its ATP, which may limit performance.
EAFIT Pure Creatine Capsules is recommended to aid in the resynthesis of ATP during intense short-term efforts.
EAFIT Pure Creatine Capsules complies with AFNOR NF V 94-001 standard and anti-doping regulations at the date of manufacture of the batch.
- Sport Vitamins 60 capsules is an energy concentrate that provides vitamins and minerals which the body can be deprived of, especially during sports training, such as copper and vitamin B5 which participate in energy metabolism.
RECOMMENDED : during sports training to help reduce fatigue, thanks to vitamin C, and to meet the body's needs in vitamins and minerals.

How to use this product?
Pure Creatine 90 capsules : Take 3 capsules 2 times daily in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening at bedtime with a glass of fruit juice (or water).
Precautions for use: food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is advisable to consume this supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Consume preferably before the date indicated on the bottle.
Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, anti-caking agent: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids. Capsule: gelatin.
