Its formula consists of a complex of Whey proteins (Isolat & Concentrat) bringing together the best nutritional indices for muscle growth: The Whey Protein Isolate obtained by ion-exchange chromatography is the purest and best quality of existing whey protein; The Whey Protein Concentrate obtained by ultra-Low temperature filtration allows a complete preservation of all bioactive fractions of whey. The new formula of PURE WHEY also contains whey peptides, derived from whey protein hydrolysates, of low molecular weight. Its formula, low in sugars, allows to bring 24.1g of BCAA (Essential Amino Acids) per 100 g of protein.
RECOMMENDED FOR: promote muscle growth, dry mass and increase muscle density.
HOW TO USE:
Eafit Amino Max Pro: Take between meals 3 to 5 tablets with a large glass of water, twice a day, or more depending on your needs.
Eafit Pure Whey: 1 shaker before training + 1 shaker after to optimize muscle development and recovery.
EAFIT TIP:
It is recommended that an average daily protein intake (including meals) of 1.5 g per kg of body weight that can reach 2 g in case of intense muscular stress.
