It is a set of proteins and carbohydrates that is intended to be consumed in the evening as a dessert or after a workout.
This product is rich in magnesium and potassium to promote muscle and nervous system functioning.
Protein helps build muscle mass.
Magnesium participates in good muscle functioning and energy metabolism.
Vitamin B1 participates in energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 participates in the metabolism of glycogen and proteins
With stevia extract (without synthetic sweeteners).
