Protidyne
Take 1 snack per day (noon or evening) with unlimited vegetables and a piece of fruit. PROTIDYNE ® can also be used as a snack, replacing the usual snack to fill any cravings between two meals. * 1 snack = 1 scoop and a half = 32 g. Prepare your snack by pouring 250 ml of water or skimmed milk into a shaker or a blender then add 1 and a half scoops of PROTIDYNE and shake (or mix) until you obtain a fluid and creamy preparation. You can increase or decrease the amount of water or milk at your convenience, depending on the intensity of the taste and the texture you want: fluid drink, milkshake or even dessert cream! Burn Elixir Capsules
Take 3 capsules at breakfast with a large glass of water.
