> Mix 4.5 pods (150 g) in a 750 ml can per day
or
> Mix 3 scoops (33 g) in a 500 ml can per day

How to do ?
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume as regularly as possible during exercise, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.
Can also be consumed as a drink waiting 3 days before the competition.
