Eafit Post Effort drink is a rehydrating drink after exercise that protects cells against oxidative stress and helps reduce fatigue.
Taken after a competition or a particularly intensive training, the Post Effort will provide you with the carbohydrate and protein intake necessary for a good recovery, as well as the vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants to revitalize you.
EAFIT Post Effort drink is used to ensure a supply of vitamins, minerals (calcium, magnesium, manganese) and anti-oxidants (zinc, selenium) essential for recovery after exercise.
Here is what it contributes to if you take it immediately after exercise:
- The proper functioning of the immune system (thanks to vitamin B6)
- Protecting cells against oxidative stress (thanks to vitamin C)
- To reduce fatigue with vitamin B6
- To hydrate your body
It contains 25% Whey protein to nourish your muscles, and 11 vitamins and 7 minerals.

Ingredients:: Glucose syrup, whey protein isolate ( milk ) (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), dextrose, maltodextrins, minerals: potassium carbonate - magnesium carbonate - zinc gluconate - sodium bicarbonate - manganese gluconate - gluconate copper - sodium selenite, orange flavor, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, L-glutamine, salt, acidifier: citric acid, color: beta-carotene (maltodextrin, acacia, sucrose, antioxidants: dl-alphatocopherol - sodium ascorbate), vitamins: C - E - PP - A (maltodextrin, acacia, antioxidant: dlalpha-tocopherol) - B5 - B6 - B2 - B1 - B12 - B9 - B8, Extramel (freeze-dried melon juice, vegetable oil). Possible traces of cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, nuts, celery and sulphites.
Average nutritional information
The EAFIT Post-Effort drink should be taken until 1:30 am after the effort. You just need to mix it with water, but be careful, you have to shake the Post Effort well otherwise the powder will remain at the bottom!
For the dosage, it is not the simplest, our Research & Development department is rather teasing:
- Mix 1.2 pods if you have a 500ml can (or 43g)
- Or (depending on your thirst and the intensity of the effort!)
- 1.8 pods (65g) in a 750ml can
A word of advice: Prepare your ration the day before and keep it in an airtight container or a freezer bag!
Each jar contains 457g of powder, and allows you to make 10 cans of 500ml.
Precautions for use:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is advisable to consume this product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Close well after opening (like rusks). Store away from heat and humidity. Keep out of the reach of young children.
