Directions for use :
Massage the areas concerned (thighs, legs, back...) at least 15 minutes before exercise. The WARMING GEL can also be applied as a preparatory massage, about 2 hours before exercise for better effectiveness.
Precautions for use :
Do not swallow. Do not apply to sensitive or irritated areas. In case of contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clear water. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Suspend application if the sensation of heat becomes too strong (hot water and perspiration can increase the sensation of heat with or without tingling). Do not use on children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Use preferably before the date indicated on the bottle. Store away from heat. EXTERNAL USE
