Depending on your weight, take 1 to 2 shakers per day in the morning upon waking up and immediately after training.

How to prepare your Mega Whey shaker?
- Take an empty shaker bottle
- Pour in 250 ml of water or milk (depending on your preferences)
- Add 3.5 pods (60g) of Mega Whey in the flavor of your choice
- Put the mixing ball in the shaker or the grid on the shaker
- Don't forget to close tightly (if you don't want to repaint the kitchen or the gym)!
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Taste and do your muscles good!
