Directions for use : on training days, take between meals 3 to 5 tablets with a large glass of water, twice a day, or more as needed.
It is recommended per day an average protein intake (meal included) of 1.5 g per kg of body weight which can reach 2 g in case of intense muscular strain.
Precautions for use: food supplement. Contains caffeine (15 mg / 10 cps). Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
