MILK & EGG 95 MICELLAR has been formulated in the laboratory by our nutrition specialists and our athletes to perfectly respond to all people seeking to optimize the gain and maintenance of muscle mass.
Its formula combines 3 sources of protein: calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate and egg white protein.
It also contains micellar casein, a new generation of casein, which mainly removes carbohydrates and lipids, while preserving the structure of proteins, and therefore better biological value.
These proteins help maintain muscle mass.
The formula of MILK & EGG 95 MICELLAR is high in protein with 85% protein, low in sugars and lipids, and also provides 22 g of BCAA (Branched Amino Acids) per 100 g of protein.
Complies with AFNOR standard NF V 94-001 and anti-doping regulations on the date of manufacture of the batch.

Depending on your weight, take 1 to 2 shakers / day, in the morning when you wake up or just after training.
1 Shaker = 1.5 pods * = 30 g of powder
A 750 g jar allows you to make 18 shakers of 30 g. A 2.2 kg jar can make 73 shakers of 30 g.
* The pod is supplied with the pot. It may be buried at the bottom of the box. Remember to search with a utensil if necessary.
How to prepare your Milk & Egg Micellaire 95 shaker?
- Take an empty shaker bottle
- Pour 250 ml preferably water or milk if you really do not like with water
- Add 1.5 pods of EAFIT Milk & Egg Micellar 95 of the flavor of your choice (chocolate, vanilla, red fruit, caramel or coffee)
- Put the mixing ball in the shaker or the grid on the shaker
- Don't forget to close tightly (if you don't want to repaint the kitchen or the gym)!
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Taste and do your muscles good!
Precautions for use : high protein preparation for drink in powder form with sweeteners. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
