To obtain delicious, moist pancakes, follow the advice of the EAFIT Protein Chef:
- Mix 2 scoops of powder with 100 ml of cold or room temperature water
- Take a good tablespoon of the dough obtained and pour into a crepe maker or a simple frying pan
- Bake 2 to 3 minutes on each side depending on the desired color and the size of your pancakes
- Once cooked, you can decorate them to your liking (fruit, chocolate chips ...)
- Remember to close the sachet well after opening and keep it away from heat and humidity.
- Good tasting !
Precautions for use: Protein preparation with chocolate chips for pancake in powder form - banana flavor. Banana flavor is achieved by adding flavoring to the product.
