How to prepare your whey shaker?
- Take an empty shaker bottle
- For in 250 ml of water preferably or milk if you really don't like water
- Add 40g of powder (2 scoops*) of EAFIT Pure Whey in the flavour of your choice
- Put the mixing ball in the shaker or the rack on the shaker
- Don't forget to close it tightly (if you don't want to paint the kitchen or gym)!
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Enjoy and do your muscles good!
*The pod is supplied with the jar. It may be buried at the bottom of the box. Remember to look for it with a utensil if necessary.
