Actifs :
Apply 2 times a day, morning and evening, 3 hazelnuts at each application (for 10 days minimum). Massage the affected areas (abs, pectorals, quadriceps ...), preferably after the shower for better diffusion of the active ingredients. If necessary, renew the application after the sports session.
Precaution for use:
EXTERNAL USE. Do not swallow. Do not apply to sensitive or irritated areas. In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not apply to children or to pregnant or breastfeeding women. Use preferably before the end: see under the bottle.
