- Collagen: one of the most abundant proteins in the body, type I collagen is a major component of connective tissue such as skin and cartilage.

- Coenzyme Q10: extracted from the fermentation of sugar cane, it has an anti-ageing effect on the skin.
- Immortelle: a plant that is a source of flavonoids, it is cultivated all around the Mediterranean basin.
- Le selenium(1): An essential trace element, it contributes to the maintenance of normal hair.
The formula is completed with manganese(2), a trace element that helps prevent oxidative stress and maintain the formation of connective tissue and normal bone structure(2)
STUDY ON THE BENEFITS OF COLLAGEN
56 women aged between 30 and 56 participated in the study for 8 weeks.
They were given a collagen supplement or a placebo.
The study proved that a daily supplementation of 2500 mg of collagen showed positive effects on skin hydration and elasticity(3)

Ingredients: Fish collagen, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium hyaluronic acid, extract of Immortelle d'Italie - Helichrysum italicum, coenzyme Q10, L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, manganese sulfate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE :
Take 2 tablets a day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast. 30-day programme to be repeated at least 3 times. Store at a stable, moderate temperature, away from moisture.
