VITAMIN D, WHY DO WE NEED IT?
Today, one billion people worldwide are deficient in vitamin D (Vitamin D defi ciency, The new England journal of medicine, July 2009). Food is no longer enough to compensate for the lack of vitamin D synthesis linked to insufficient sunshine. Indeed, the usual diet of populations living in France provides small amounts of Vitamin D (ESVITAF, 1986; Hercberg et al., 1994).
In France, the SUVIMAX study (2003) demonstrated that more than 70% of adults (men and women) have an insufficient vitamin D intake .

The composition and dosages have been established in accordance with French and European regulations.
Usage tips:
Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning at breakfast.
In young children, it is advisable to open the capsule to incorporate the active ingredients into the diet (dessert cream, compote, dairy dessert, etc.).
In young children (-3 years), medical supervision (pediatrician) is advised to avoid any overdose.
