These amino acids are said to be essential, because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be provided by food or nutritional supplements. The 4: 1: 1 ratio is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism during training. BCAAs are one of the 8 essential amino acids and constitute 35% of essential amino acids in muscle.
- Amino Max Pro 375 tablets: Developed in the laboratory by specialists in sports nutrition, Amino Max Pro is an EAFIT specialty intended to promote muscle mass gain by increasing daily protein intake. Amino Max Pro combines vitamin B6 which promotes normal energy metabolism, vitamin E, zinc and selenium which help protect cells against oxidative stress. Pure Whey
Pour 2 scoops then 250 ml of water stir and enjoy. It is recommended an average daily protein intake (including meals) of 1.5g per kg of body weight which may reach 2g in the event of intense muscle strain. This pot allows you to make 55 shakers of 40g. Net weight: 2.2kg.

BCAA 4.1.1
6 capsules per day, preferably 3 capsules 1h30 before training or the test and 3 capsules 1h30 after training with a large glass of water, or according to the recommendations of a professional trainer. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be renewed at least 20 days apart. Box of 120 capsules.

Amino Max Pro
On training days, take 3 to 5 tablets with a full glass of water between meals, twice a day, or more as needed. It is recommended per day an average protein intake (including meal) of 1.5g per kg of body weight which can reach 2g in the event of intense muscular solicitation.
