Creatine is known to improve physical capacities during successive series of very intense short-term exercises at a dose of 3g per day.
Naturally produced by the body, it is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell's energy source, during explosive and intense efforts.
However, during these short periods, the body does not have time to regenerate its ATP, which may limit performance.
EAFIT Pure Creatine Capsules is recommended to aid in the resynthesis of ATP during intense short-term efforts.

Directions for use :
Take 3 capsules twice a day in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening at bedtime with a glass of fruit juice (or water).
2 week program to be renewed if necessary.
