Ingredients:
> Mix 400 g of powder with 200 ml of water in a bowl until the dough is perfectly homogenized.
> Pour the dough into a cake mold about 25 cm in diameter.
> Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F).
> Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F). Check doneness with a blade.
Consume a portion of 133 g (1/3 of the cake) up to 1 hour before exercise.
Unused portions can be frozen after cooking (never freeze a thawed product).
