Ingredients:
Dilute 3 pods (40 g) in 1/2 liter of water. Shake. Drink during exercise at the rate of 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes.
Consume in small sips throughout the effort at a rate of half a liter per hour. Do not hesitate to dilute more in case of high heat.
