Energy Cake
Take 1/3 or 1/2 Cake Energétique before exercise depending on its duration and intensity. It can be consumed up to 1h30 before exercise. The Energy Cake can be kept for 2 days after cooking or can be frozen (never refreeze a thawed product). Net weight: 400g.
