Description
BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid) are composed of valine, leucine and isoleucine and are the 3 so-called “branched chain” amino acids, which are the majority in muscle tissue.
These amino acids are said to be essential, because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be provided by food or nutritional supplements.
The 4: 1: 1 ratio is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism during training.
BCAAs are one of the 8 essential amino acids and constitute 35% of essential amino acids in muscle.
EAFIT 4: 1: 1 BCAAs are also fortified with Vitamin B6 to help reduce fatigue.

How to use this product?
Directions for use : 6 capsules per day, preferably 3 capsules 1h30 before training or the test and 3 capsules 1h30 after training with a large glass of water, or as recommended by a professional trainer. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be renewed at least 20 days apart.
Precautions for use: food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is advisable to consume this supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Close well after opening. Store away from heat and humidity. Consume preferably before the date indicated on the bottle.
Ingredients:: Mixture of branched amino acids (L-Leucine (67%) - L-Isoleucine (16.5%) - L-Valine (16.5%), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) .
Capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
