EAFIT BCAA 4.1.1 (120 capsules)
In stock
Description
Also called BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid), valine, leucine and isoleucine are the 3 so-called “branched chain” amino acids, the majority in muscle tissue. These amino acids are said to be essential because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be provided by food or nutritional supplements.
The 4: 1: 1 ratio (4 Leucine to 1 Isoleucine and 1 Valine) is the actual ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism during training. This means that their absorption will be total.
BCAAs are one of the 8 essential amino acids and constitute 35% of essential amino acids in muscle.
Our BCAA 4-1-1 is a source of vitamin B6 to help energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.
All EAFIT BCAAs are produced exclusively from corn.
Selected by Stade Francais Paris as a post-training and post-match supplement.
