Directions for use :
1 level teaspoon (i.e. 3.4 g) per day, preferably taken before training or in the morning on rest days, in a large glass of water or fruit juice. To be used in a programme of 3 to 4 weeks. Close tightly after opening. Store away from heat and humidity.
