Directions for use: On training days, take 3 to 5 tablets between meals with a large glass of water, twice a day, or more as required. An average daily protein intake (including meals) of 1.5 g per kg of body weight is recommended, which can be increased to 2 g in the event of intense muscular effort.
Precautions for use: Contains caffeine (15 mg/10 cps). Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (haemochromatosis, polycythemia...). Prolonged use is not recommended (manganese).
