Carbohydrate complex 54.8% (fructose, maltodextrins, dextrose, corn starch, oatmeal ( gluten ), sweet potato powder), skimmed milk powder, whey protein 5% ( milk ) (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, phosphate tricalcium), flavors, egg white powder, L-glutamine, L-arginine HCL, taurine, minerals: magnesium oxide - iron pyrophosphate, vitamins: CE-PP-A-B5-B6-B2-B1-B9 -B8.
Possible traces of: other cereals containing gluten, nuts, soya, celery, sulphites, lupine.
Preparation for drink with carbohydrate contribution in the form of powder, Caramel flavor (the caramel flavor is obtained by adding aromas to the product.)
Depending on your weight, consume 1 to 2 shakers / day; for optimal mass gain, it is necessary to increase your daily caloric intake in addition to regular sports practice.
For example :
- On sports days: consume 1 shaker around 10:00 a.m. and 1 shaker within 30 minutes of your workout
- On non-working days: consume 1 shaker as a snack around 4:00 p.m.

How to prepare your gainer shaker?
- Take an empty shaker bottle
- Pour in 250 ml of water or milk (depending on your preferences)
- Add 2 pods of Gainer Max in the flavor of your choice
